Automatic 3-dif hematological analyzer OH-360 works on the basis of the impedance method for calculating the number and volume of platelets, red and white blood cells; colorimetric method of analysis was used to determine hemoglobin concentration. Automated calculation of all other parameters is performed using the results of the above methods of analysis.
Working with a sample
The device is designed to work in two modes, involving the use of whole and pre-diluted blood. When working with whole blood, the sample can be immediately installed in the device for testing.
