Medical Plasma Sterilizer MPS SERIES

The MPS SERIES medical plasma sterilizer is a plasma-based sterilization technology. Gas plasma is called the fourth state of matter (that is, liquid, solid, gas, and gas plasma). The MPS SERIES crystal sterilizer is a self-contained hardware and software system designed to sterilize medical instruments and devices using a patented water peroxide gas plasma process. The warm-up time of the MPS SERIES is very fast (15 minutes maximum) after the main power is turned on, so the standby power consumption is zero during operation or at night. Vaporization of hydrogen peroxide occurs by delivering an aqueous solution of water peroxide to an evaporator, where the solution is heated and evaporated. Hydrogen peroxide vapor is then injected into a sterilization chamber under sub-ambient pressure, where it is converted into gas plasma using electrical energy.
