Pneumatic ventilator Baby Start

Baby Start is a lightweight and compact hand-held resuscitator designed for use in maternity wards and intensive care units for semi-intensive care and neonatal therapy.

For resuscitation, various interfaces can be connected to the tee: a face mask, short two-pronged teeth, a laryngeal mask, a two-circuit inspiratory cannula, and an endotracheal tube.

Parameters-peak inhalation pressure (PIP) and end exhalation pressure (PEEP) or constant positive air pressure (CPAP) - are set manually and read on the device.

The built-in timer counts down the seconds and gives signals of 5, 10 and 15 seconds with a longer sound.

The supply of air and oxygen is regulated in the source by means of a flow meter or mixer. An additional humidifier can be added to heat and humidify the gas flow.

Baby Start comes with a one-piece T-shaped contour for patients complete with Face masks (2 sizes).,

Baby Start can be installed on a baby warmer, transport incubator, or resuscitation cart.
