Indigo allows doctors to conduct ground-based gait training focused on specific tasks and offers people with mobility impairments a new level of independence. Designed for personal use, but currently being studied in clinics, Indigo offers features that distinguish it from other therapy and personal mobility tools for spinal cord injury patients. Further improvements will allow the device to be used with a wide range of partial mobility impairments pending regulatory approval.
